Disclaimer: Listen I´m not an expert and I don´t have any experience on the strategy of planning the tours for the TV tapings, but here are some ideas that I´ve seen been done by WWE and generally following ticket sales for a few months.

Rampage is not a Draw and the ones that are doing good are affecting Dynamite

I understand booking some interesting matches but it will take months to make that show a brand that can sell tickets by itself.

What this recent Rampage tapings have done in presales have been good (Daily´s Place at 2,1k tickets sold and Mohegan in Connecticut at +3,5k tickets sold) but there´s some details on why they are doing good, it would be the first Daily´s Place show since March and the Mohegan show is the debut of AEW in Uncansville.

Is clear that AEW can´t run two shows live consistently with horrible numbers in Dynamite tapings for Baltimore and Bridgeport in Connecticut and what this says to me is that AEW is not hot enough as earlier this year but is also deluting their markets massively with usual higher prices than previous shows in said markets.

Reschedule and Reschedule and Reschedule

Knowing that the promotion is not hot, some markets are oversaturated and the tickets have higher prices and it doesn´t look like they will reduce them they will have to move some shows even next year as well as moving some shows some days and even weeks.

AEW Dynamite in Baltimore has 1,604 tickets sold with a month to go:

This show takes place the 2nd of November and with a month to go with luck I see them reaching 2,5k- 3k paid. What I would do is reschedule the venue to 2023. The Mohegan Sun Arena, Uncansville Rampage (3,768 Tickets Sold) taping that is originally scheduled for the 28th of October would be his replacement basically making it a Dynamite+Rampage taping. The Rampage taping of the 28th of October would be taped in the October 26th Dynamite taping in Norfolk, Virginia.

AEW Dynamite in Bridgeport has +1,108 tickets sold with 7 weeks to go:

This show takes place in November 16 and is the go home Dynamite for the Full Gear PPV, with luck I would see them reach between 3k-3,5k. What I would do is reschedule the venue to 2023. The Daily´s Place Rampage (+2,165 Tickets Sold) taping that is originally scheduled for October 21st would be his replacement making it a 2 hour Dynamite taping. The Rampage taping of the 21st of October would be taped in the October 18th Dynamite taping in Cincinnati, Ohio.

AEW Rampage in Atlantic City has 1,022 tickets sold with a month and two days to go:

Move it to 2023. The Rampage taping of November 4th would be taped in the previously mentioned and rescheduled Mohegan Sun Arena, Uncnsville taping taking place in November 2nd.

So basically would be this:

  • The AEW Dynamite taping in Baltimore would be moved to the Mohegan Sun Arena, Uncansville as a Dynamite+Rampage taping. The Rampage previously sheduled in Uncansville would be taped at the Dynamite taping in Norfolk, Virginia.
  • The AEW Rampage taping in Atlantic City would be taped in the rescheduled Mohegan Sun Arena taping previously mentioned.
  • The AEW Dynamite taping in Bridgeport would be moved to Daily´s Place as a Dynamite taping. The Rampage previously sheduled in Daily´s Place would be taped at the Dynamite taping in Cincinnati, Ohio.

I check Daily´s Place and Mohegan schedule of events in their website and the dates I resheduled the venues are completely free.
