Jon Moxley & Wheeler Yuta vs Orange Cassidy & Hook (NR) I couldn´t watch the match but I heard that was fine.
Hangman Page and Swerve Strickland face off and I´m glad that they let the babyface get some fire in during this build, the agression and fire is always welcome and Page brought it. I would say this is the second biggest match for Full Gear.
Rod Strong screaming, story advancement about The Devil stuff, I´m not into this.
Red Velvet vs Skye Blue to be in a 3 Way for the TBS Championship (**1/2) Average edging to bad, Skye Blue doesn´t have it at this point and let alone adding this lore character shit that it serves to make your product cringe. Red Velvet carried. This division is using the most capable people in positions that doesn´t make sense. Willow and Red are arguably better than Julia and Skye and because the storyline is structured in this way it highlights people that aren´t yet fully ready.
This Toni Storm segments have jumped the shark for me, so yeah, whatever in ring I will pay attention but this shit is just not good.
Samoa Joe beat the shit out of a dude and he wants to help Max. MJF, Khan and Pat Buck are so bad at booking for fuck sake. Hopefully when Joe wins we get a traditional meat and potatoes chase for the AEW World Championship because Max can´t book for shit.
The Young Bucks vs Pentagón Jr & Komander (***3/4) Very good match that solidifies Bucks heel turn and get some energy in their acts that they really need.
The Gunns promo was weak, like hilariously weak but I will give them a pass because they have been good since they joined Bullet Club Gold.
Kenny Omega, Kota Ibushi, Chris Jericho & Paul Wight vs Konosuke Takeshita, Powerhouse Hobbs, Kyle Fletcher & Brian Cage in a Like a Dragon Gaiden: The man Who Erased His Name Street Fight (****) This match is pure AEW brawl party. Some fantastic spots, some awkward spots and other BEAST spots (Paul Wight been chockeslammed to a car). This was great and the best match of the show.
MJF go home angle with Bullet Club Gold was okay, this feud has been very outfocused and the wrestlers really haven´t hit to their top of their level. Is just there, I think the match will be phenomenal but yeah. But even with that, the ability of the wrestler in pure in ring will make AEW Full Gear one of the best selling PPV´s in AEW in 2023 , I think it will do 150k PPV buys.

Best AEW Dynamite in a while, there was bad stuff that again are necessary pains to drive to a organical pivot, but the good shit it was really good, it had energy and that is what AEW needs right now. AEW needs shit that feels urgent, hot, violent… ENERGY.
