Orange Cassidy vs Bandido for the AEW International Championship (***3/4) Great match to start the show, Orange Cassidy has been great as the definitive midcard Champion delivering good to great matches and this was another very impressive match to add to his reign. Bandido was amazing as he always is.

Dax Hardwood vs Jeff Jarrett (**3/4) BREE WOO BREE WOO BREE WOO. This was fun. But this FTR singles matches don´t usually hit so this was fun in a very ironical way.

Darby Allin vs Sammy Guevara in the Final of the Four Pillar Tournament (***1/4) This match and angle really worked this week for me. Best stuff this feud has had since the Sting promo with Darby and MJF. A lot of weird stuff like “They can coexist” or taking the openers for promo time around this program but yeah, this ruled.

Adam Cole planned to confront Chris Jericho but got atttacked, Orange Cassidy and Bandido tried to saved him but they weren´t able because they had a big match earlier, then fucking RODERICK STRONG debuted and beat the shit out of the Jericho Appreciation Society. Awesome surprise and good angle.

Jade Cargill vs Taya Valkyrie (**1/4) They did some fun stuff, we will see if there´s a DQ stipulation added in the rematch.

Konosuke Takeshita & Kenny Omega vs The Butcher & The Blade (***1/4) Very fun match, a showcase to see how Takeshita and Omega wrestle as a team. The angle afterwards was tremendous, with Takeshita been conflicted on who to protect from been brutalized and stabbed because he has a lot of respect for mainly Kenny Omega, Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley. The first one for been a former DDT colleague and the other two for fighting in honorable physical matches. With Take is about respect and conflict, is great to fight but not to brutalized in this case with a screwdriver. The result for protecting both groups is that he ended up been the one getting smacked in the head with said screwdriver and left bloodied something that adds for my own theory that might write in coming weeks, but they didn´t attacked the eye something interesting. Takeshita´s gear was an interesting choice of colors. Can´t wait for the matches between this groups… IS TIME TO EAT.

Rating of the Show: 8/10

The story progression on this show was good, specially the main event that was a great segment to stablished Takeshita as a main component and why we should root for him at the moment. The debut of Roderick Strong as well of the opener delivered energy and excitement. The issue with this show were more on who was and who wasn´t on this show as well of a very meh women´s match. Ricky Starks and Jay White SHOULD have been in Dynamite either cutting an in ring promo that Jay should have done by now (Is inexcusable he hasn´t had a live mic been one of the best promo cutters in the business) as well of Ricky Starks that has delivered great talking confrontations before. FTR singles matches are fine but when they don´t hit are a boredom. So great show, even the 4 pillars had an interesting development, keep it up.

Extra Notes:

  • Give Jay White a live mic and some fucking promo time for fuck sake.
  • Takeshita been in a main event angle and feud makes me so happy, he is one of the best in the world.
  • I liked Hayter promo, she hsould do those more.
  • DoN doesn´t have huge buzz because a lot of interesting stuff will happen later (The Owen, FD, Collision and All In) but they should be able to deliver a great show.
